"DO I HAVE TO SLEEP ON A BUNK BED?"

No! You may bring your own air mattress! Be sure no matter what you do, bring your own bedding! A good blanket and a pillow will do!
"CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?"

No. Alcohol is NOT permitted on the property and will result in immediate removal with no refund! Please understand this is not just our rule but was set by the camp itself for Insurance policy reasons.
"HOW MUCH IS IT? DO I NEED EXTRA MONEY?"

If you pre-register before the date it's 115$ for the entire weekend. This includes 3 meals a day Breakfast is at 8am, lunch is at 12pm and dinner is at 5:30pm each day! You may want to bring some extra money for the camp store or if you plan to go out for dinner elsewhere/off-site.
"CAN I GO OFF-SITE FOR ALCOHOL?"

Yes! You can go off site for snacks, food, and alcohol. There are bars locally we can recommend! However, please drink responsibly. We are not responsible or held liable for anything off camp. You may NOT return to the property drunk and disorderly, it can result in a PERMABAN and no refund.
"ARE THERE 1 DAY ONLY PASSES?"

Yes! You may come and have fun all day. The day pass does NOT include a cabin, night stay or meals! 15$ for Friday or Sunday, and 25$ for Saturday! You can only upgrade your stay if there is space available.
"ARE KIDS AND MINORS ALLOWED?"

Yes, to kids 13+! This is a kid friendly family event. Please be sure to pick a guild that is open for children under 18. Some cabins are +18 to help meet everyone's needs! A legal guardian must be present for anyone under 16 to attend. A signed minor form is required.
"WHEN DOES PRE-REG CLOSE?"

Two weeks before the event starts, or when we meet out cap at 300 campers.
"CAN I BRING MY OWN COOLER AND OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS?"

You can. Snacks an drinks are permitted and coolers. You must provide your own ice. There is a Kroger and gas station nearby. Please avoid peanut biased products for the sake of allergies!
"CAN I BRING MY PET?"

Task Trained Service animals are permitted. ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are not permitted. If any dog/mini horse acts inappropriately on campgrounds you will be asked to remove the dog/mini horse. There will be farm animals on site.
"WHATS ACTIVITIES CAN I DO?"

All camp passes include fishing, archery, access to the guild market, the camp store, zip lining, shows, open mic, campfires, petting zoo and other activities the YMCA will be providing!
"WHERE IS THE EVENT LOCATED?"

We are located at Camp Campbell Gard in Hamilton, Ohio. Location and contact information can be found here.
"DO I NEED A FISHING LICENSE?"

No! Camp Campbell Gard is located on a private lake and therefor you may fish with out a state/local fishing license. You may bring your own fishing gear, however the YMCA is providing poles and gear to everyone who needs it!
"IS THIS PLACE H-HAUNTED?"

Staff at Camp Campbell say they have seen some paranormal and unexplained! They will be hosting a panel explaining their experiences and ghost stories, given the age of the camp!
"SHOULD I BRING FIREWOOD?"

No. We respectfully decline any wood and fire starter bricks because of the potential Emerald Ash Boar Beatles.
"HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING?"

As much as you can carry. Please be aware you may be walking a distance to your Guild Cabin. You don't want to over do it! We advise you bring only what's necessary as space is also limited. Rolling luggage is a huge help!
"CAN I BRING MY FURSUIT?"

Absolutely! You may do most activities in fursuit if you wish. Each cabin has a large bathroom with 2 showers, feel free to change in there.
"WILL THERE BE A DEALERS DEN/ARTIST ALLEY?"

No, we will have a what we call a guild market! Set up will be outside in a designated area. Tear down each night. Marketers could be artist or sellers of product. You are welcome to bring your own canopies/tables. Be aware storage is limited in the cabin! See our application form. A valid vendors tax Id is required in the state of Ohio. You must pay your own taxes! It's only 20$ per spot!
"WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE EARLY, DO I GET A REFUND?"

Please understand we can't give out refunds. In the case of an emergency please notify your guild master.
"WILL THIS BE A 'PG' PLACE?"

We ask everyone be polite and keep swearing down! Keep it clean! This is not a just private retreat, its a private property, so please always be respectful! Our host the YMCA of Camp Campbell Guard will also be keeping an eye on folks!
"I'VE LOST AN ITEM, HELP!"

Please be sure to be extra careful with all personal items! You can check with camp staff to check the lost and found. W.W.F.C. assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
"WHAT PAYMENT CAN BE ACCPETED AT THE DOOR?"

We can accept most major credit cards/debit cards, but cash at the door is preferred. We do not accept checks.
"WHAT ABOUT BED BUGS?"

Upon arrival and during badge pickup you will be asked to turn over all clothing and bedding bags as they will be run through a heat cycle per the YMCA mandatory Heat Treatment Rule. Don't worry, they will not be treating fursuits or heat sensitive items! Please make sure to remove these items from your luggage beforehand. For more info on this please see the Code of Conduct.
"CAN I EXPLORE CAMP ALONE?"

Unfortunately not. We follow the safety rule of you must have a buddy with you at all times!
"IS THERE WIFI?"

Free Wi-Fi is included.
"CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE OR OTHER ELECTRONICS?"

Electrical outlets are limited. We will ask everyone to share the outlets but it be a great idea to bring power strips or extension cords! It might also be a good idea to bring battery cell packs.
"WHAT CABIN WILL I BE IN?"

You will be assigned a cabin based off what guild you chose during registration. Each guild has it's own cabin for it's campers and you will be escorted there upon arrival.
